Digital Bundle License Terms

These terms apply when your firm buys a Digital Bundle plan from Investments Illustrated Solutions, Inc. ("we", "us").

1. What you get

For each year of your plan, your firm may use the branded Big Picture® PDF and interactive chart we prepare for you, for the number of advisors your plan covers.

2. How you may use them

Show them to clients and prospects in meetings, video calls and presentations. Display or link to your interactive chart on your firm's website.

3. What you may not do

Print the PDF or send the file to anyone outside your firm. Resell or sublicense the chart. Change the chart, its data or our copyright and trademark notices. Copy or extract the underlying data. Use it with more advisors than your plan covers.

4. Your logo

You confirm that your firm has the right to use the logo you send us, and you allow us to place it on your copies.

5. Renewal

Your plan renews automatically each year. You can cancel at any time before your renewal date. When your plan ends, your interactive chart link stops working and you agree to stop using the PDF.

6. Payment

Fees are charged yearly in advance and are non-refundable.

7. Not advice

The Big Picture® shows historical market data for education and illustration. It is not investment advice, and past performance does not guarantee future results.

8. Ownership

The Big Picture® charts, data presentation and trademark remain ours. Your logo remains yours.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
